His portfolio includes civic engagement, community-centered policy strategy, and narrative development for initiatives focused on healthcare access, economic mobility, women's and children’s issues, and strengthening local ecosystems.

Before joining Raben, Temi served as deputy campaign manager for Nebraska State Senator Anna Wishart and gained legislative and political experience working with State Senator Megan Hunt. He has long been committed to youth and community empowerment. He served as a national youth ambassador for No Kid Hungry and co-led ChangeNowLNK, a nonprofit focused on advancing local policy innovation in Lincoln, Nebraska.
