Lucy Stanley is the operations coordinator at Raben, where she supports day-to-day operations in the Washington, D.C., office, coordinates in-office events, and provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership.

Prior to joining Raben full-time, Lucy served as Raben's strategy and impact intern. Before Raben, Lucy worked as a senior organizer on a Democratic congressional campaign and a legislative associate during the Virginia General Assembly, where she provided research and strategy support to elected officials. She also has experience working with a Democratic fundraising firm, a political consulting group, and a state senate campaign, contributing to outreach strategy, volunteer training, and data analysis.

Lucy holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Colgate University. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports or trying new restaurants in D.C.
