Kendra Nova is an accomplished finance leader with over a decade of experience in accounting, budgeting, and organizational strategy. She currently serves as accounting manager at Raben, where she supports financial operations, reporting, and process improvements that advance the firm’s mission-driven work. Much of her career has been tailored to working with nonprofits, primarily in the educational sector in the Washington, D.C. area. 

Known for her precision, integrity, and collaborative approach, Kendra is also a proud wife and mother of four, making her equally skilled at balancing budgets and managing snack-time negotiations. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her family and creating meaningful memories together.
