Bien-Amié

Ali Bien-Aimé is a senior associate in the Strategic Communications practice at Raben. He supports clients with his passion for storytelling and his background in political advocacy, writing, and public relations.

Before joining Raben, Ali worked at Edelman Smithfield, helping clients mostly in asset management, insurance, and fintech. He previously served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations in fields including social equity, political advocacy, and economic development. Ali has experience in lobbying, election campaigns, and public speaking, primarily on gender issues.

Ali was born and raised in New York City and moved to the Washington, D.C., area in 2022. He graduated from Amherst College in Massachusetts with a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, double-majoring in Anthropology and French. During his time at Amherst, he was a leading organizer with the College Democrats, spearheading his college’s participation in national protests. Ali enjoys history, politics, writing, sci-fi and fantasy media, vexillology, travel, and skydiving.
