A finance professional with deep and diversified experience, Raben Director of Finance Isaac Sessoms brings an “eye towards the future,” focusing on transparency and sustainability.

Before joining Raben, Isaac was the director of financial operations for the National Park Foundation, where he led the organization’s financial planning and analysis initiatives. These included preparing annual budgets/forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting to stakeholders. He also critically implemented and enhanced new accounting and finance-related systems.

Prior to his time at the Park Foundation, Isaac held various roles, primarily in the for-profit sector. He rose through the ranks of accounting departments, worked as a forensic accountant supporting money laundering investigations, performed efficiency analytics, and appraised small, closely held businesses for divorce resolutions.

Isaac is a certified public accountant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s in finance from Bowie State University. He also has the AICPA’s credential for business valuation with the ABV.
