Minh Nguyen is a senior associate in Raben's Government Affairs practice area, where he brings his background working at congressional and public program offices to provide his clients with a breadth of research, writing, and communication support.

Prior to joining Raben, Minh served as the lead coordinator for the Viet Voter Engagement Project, where he helped lead the effort to close the voting gap among the Vietnamese community in California. Previously, Minh was a student at the University of California (Santa Cruz and San Diego), where he also served as a legislative assistant. Working with his fellow students in the UC system, he helped successfully halt tuition increase in 2018 for the first time in more than a decade. Minh also interned with Congressman Adam Smith (D-Wash.) and the San Diego Housing Commission.

Minh recently obtained his bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. Born and raised in Vietnam for the first half of his childhood, he has an obsession with Hot Wheels and is a genuine lover of Pho.
